I am at a loss for words how much I appreciated Tara Collins owner and operator of Clutter Free With TLC. I sold my home and was downsizing from 3000 sq feet to 1000, I was frustrated and didn’t know where to start! It all started with a free consultation explaining what she does and her process. I have mobility and medical issues, she was professional and supportive of my needs. She assisted me to keep on track and explained along the way the difference of keep/sell/donate, once the decision was made she would either post or we would pack for donation or keep. She posted the sale and free items on my behalf and kept track of everything and once an item was sold or wanted she would provide the potential buyer with my information to set up a time for pickup. She was able to do more for me than I was able to do for myself in 3 months. Without her assistance I would still be struggling and overwhelmed where to even start. She encouraged and praised at each accomplishment. I am so grateful for her and what she did to help. She was, fast, polite, understanding and kind. I highly recommend her services. We hired Tara to help us clear out a condo and prepare it for an estate sale as we were feeling quite overwhelmed, especially because of being from out-of-town. Tara quickly helped us determine what items could be sold, donated, recycled, or thrown out; she also took items to donation centres, posted and managed sales online, dropped off and managed items at consignment stores and auction, and helped us remove recycling and garbage. Tara was present at the condo when items were appraised, larger junk items were picked up, and when the carpets were professionally cleaned, and once the condo was empty, she cleaned the condo. From start to finish, Tara was efficient, worked hard, and frequently provided us with detailed accounts of her activities and e-transfers for money made from items sold. Tara is professional, knowledgeable, and caring; she made a huge difference to us in getting the condo ready for sale and we highly recommend her services.
